All set for a relaxing weekend

Well, it’s been a pretty solid week. Matty’s put on heaps of weight, and has finished the week strongly, so now it’s time for a relaxing weekend. We started it out by going for a leisurely stroll with Matthew this evening around the hospital grounds. As per usual, he pretty much fell asleep shortly after we exited the elevator, and didn’t stir until we got back into it to take him back up to the ward. As PeaJay mentioned earlier, Matty’s safety in air test has been postponed to Monday. I guess it’s just the usual logistic and organisational issues associated with running a hospital with a couple of hundred beds.
Tomorrow marks a very important day in our journey so far, so there’ll be celebration and cake 
I think we’re all looking forward to it, not the least, the nurses (now that we’ve got two wards worth to feed

I can’t believe Matty will be 6 months old. Happy 1/2 birthday for tomorrow and don’t party too hard. You need to be at your best for Monday. Good luck (not so) little fella.
