School sucks.. or is that suck school?
Matthew saw a specialist today regarding his sucking… As a result, two carefully crafted pages of planning to improve Matthew’s feeding were put together. Firstly, the speech therapist (yeah, the suck specialist is a speech therapist) observed his current feeds, then tried out a few different teats, looked in his mouth and made a few recommendations. Hopefully, with their advice, Matthew’s feeding should improve.
The next thing today, of course was eye test day. Once again, Matthew’s come back with good results. Once again, no ROP. The only thing was a slight lightening of part of the retina, however it won’t affect his vision at all. The eye doctors are so pleased with the results that they have decided to start seeing Matthew monthly, instead of weekly.
Finally, sorry, i forgot the camera tonight, so there’s no photos.. but i’ll be sure to get some tomorrow.
