Meetings, the practical alternative to work.
We haven’t visited Matthew yet this morning. The reason being is that Dr R called us to make an appointment for a meeting with him, the consultant, and the specialist who performed both procedures on Matthew. Not quite sure what the meeting’s going to be about, but I suspect it will be a review of Matthew’s condition to date, and a look at the way forward concerning treatment. Hopefully, they’ll put together a good strong course of action and we can look ahead a bit.
* Edit @ 1130 – Just came from visiting Matthew. No meetings with doctors yet, because that’s been postponed till a little later. Matty’s looking pretty comfortable this morning, in fact, he fell asleep as i was gently holding my hand around his sweet little head. His oxygen requirements are down and his morphine has been dropped a couple of mikes.
*Edit March 19, 2009 – This page is getting a ridiculous amount of spam, so i’ve turned off comments on it. Honestly… all you spammers out there should really find something constructive to do, rather than ruining the internet for everyone else.
